Easton Monday 6 - 1 Pas Masters

09 may : AXA

7 goals, 14 missed chances, 1 funny old game. With goal difference likely to decide the league title, Monday's finishing skills desert them.

All square in a head to head with this season's surprise title contenders.

Easton Monday 1 - 0 Re Union

06 Dec : AXA

Last season's Cup finalists slug it out in difficult conditions. Monday land a knockout blow with 5 minutes left and go home happy.

Easton Monday 4 - 2 AXA

15 Nov : AXA

Another game that could have gone either way, but Monday make it four out of four in the league thanks to some good finishing, smart goalkeeping and one or two strange decisions.

Easton Monday 3 - 1 Red Star Bedminster

08 Nov : Fry's

Despite being on the back foot for much of the game, some smart and erm... unorthodox finishing sees a depleted Mondays side come out on top.

HARRY MOTTRAM CUP ROUND 1
Slow out of the blocks, Monday salvage some pride and almost claw back a 3 goal deficit after some half-time ranting (or 'Rancing' as it is now known). Even a tactical rejig that involved clamping Marcus to their dangerous debutant cannot stop the cup slipping out of our hands. The words "concentrate" and "league" spring to mind.

Easton Monday 7 - 1 Barely Athletic

04 Oct : Fry's

As example of great match reporting, here is Pete Sheridan's report and he wasn't even at the game!

Let me guess... Great goal by colonel! Brian wayward shot. Felix half time rant. Marcus pace to the rescue. Newbs hat fell off. Nick 3 chances 3 goals. Chopper Tim at the back. Stilly perfect at the back. Jones on international duty. Stu trying to get a goal Steve Y dodgy groin.

Not that far from the truth...

Easton Monday 5 - 3 Bathelona

20 Sep : AXA

Beautiful, warm, sunny weather recalled the title decider between these two (arch rival) teams from a couple of years ago but whereas that match was a close fought affair, Monday had this one sewn up by half time. How else to explain the second-half display which saw Easton blow numerous opportunities and ship three goals other than to say they took their “foot off the accelerator"?
